RagaBabe ShippingHow do we ship?
We utilize USPS First Class and Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. All shipments to United States destinations are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not available for shipments to Canada.
• We provide $3.95 flat rate shipping to all destinations within the continental United States.
$4.95 flat rate shipping applies to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Canadian shipping is $9.95 (Unfortunately a huge increase to our dedicated and wonderful Canadian moms. We hope to keep it at this, but will need to monitor Canadian rates on heavier packages.)
• During a diaper stocking, if more than one order is made, you may use our 95 cent shipping option for the second/third order. Pay regular shipping on the first invoice. For the additional orders, enter coupon code 95centUS (additional order discounted $3 for continental US order; 95centAK (discounted $4 for AK, HI, PR); 95centCAN (discounted $9 for Canadian orders).
• Since our cart only permits one discount coupon at this time, if multiple coupons need to be entered, place the additional coupon(s) in the notes section at checkout. After we receive your order, we will manually make the necessary refund if a valid code.
Sorry, we do not ship to other international locations at this time.
Accessory orders received during the business week (Monday-Friday a.m) will normally ship within 24-48 hours. Diaper orders after stockings will require more processing time, typically 3-6 business days before shipping.
You will receive the following emails after placing an order:
• Order confirmation from email@example.com
• Payment status/confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org
• Shipment confirmation from email@example.com including USPS tracking number if available for your location.
Should you not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please notify us first at firstname.lastname@example.org (Your order may have failed and may need to be reordered.)
If your order does not arrive in a reasonable period of time from shipment notification (2-7 days), please check your USPS tracking on-line to determine status. If you are concerned with the status, please advise your local post office and follow their recommendations.
